"This is an AMAZING well thought about, well design piece of equipment. It packs easily away for travel, which I love (just save the bubble wrap and junk for padding). The flavor from this is pure! I have had quiet a few vaporizers and was really torn between getting this one and a force air vaporizer. I am extremely happy with my decision.
The price was a concern for me, but when I saw how well it was made, even compared to the volcano I realized I had gotten my money's worth. Set up and running it heats up and cools down quickly thanks to its halogen lamp heat source. The temperature indicator notifies you when you are at the right temperature so there is no guess work.
It is easy to set up and looks super sexy, like some cool mad scientist contraption, which is really fun about it. Impress your friends, be in the know, be the first to own the best vaporizer on the market. I did a lot of research before I bought this one. I hope my review helped you. Enjoy your new machine!"

"I purchased the Aromed 4.0 one year ago. It has worked as promised. Worth every penny and then more. I use the vaporizer between 5 - 10 times a day and have had no problems at all. Works great with ground up botanicals and botanical concentrates. I love the exact temp control and prefer 172 degrees celcius. It can be a little awkward loading it, but I have found that a small spoon does a good job. And the part that holds the water likes to tip over if it's not leaning against something. I would love to see some different bowl/water pipe options. I have only traveled with it once. Just put it in a storage box and wraped the glass in bubble wrap. The Aromed 4.0 and the glass are very high quality in my opinion. I definitely would recommend the Aromed 4.0."

"I purchased AroMed about a year ago for nausea from medication. I find the approach to heating the herb to be as advertised, the same principle as a devince but with less heat.

I find it easy to use. Plug in, turn on heating element, wait about 30 seconds to warm up, use, turn off heating element, unplug. The vapors are clean enough that the glass and the tube stay clean though they are beginning to yellow and will need cleaning some day.

The heater-to-glass connection (you need to disconnect to load) is a bit scary (I keep thinking I'm going to break the glass) but has proved durable. The tube is of good quality with a nice glass mouthpiece.

The glass devince is strapped to the end of the console (opposite the display) with a rubber (non-stretching) strap. It does the job well but you cannot pick up the assembly without holding your hand under the glass.

The glass stem containing the screen slips into the top of the devince and the goose-neck and heater shown reaches up and back to the top of the glass, making the entire assembly 14" (36mm) high. No photo shows this assembly.

I use such small batches I find that the screen has to be lifted closer to the heat source to be effective, even with maximum temperature. To that end I made a 5mm spacer ring out of copper pipe to place under the screen. Without the spacer, the vaporizer has no effect.

I don't taking it traveling as it is too heavy."

Quick Instructions:	Setup Step 1: Wash out the waterfilter and fill in a finger digit of water. Connect silicone tube and mouthpiece. Step 2: Fasten the Waterfilter (flat side to electronic box) with the encluded rubber band. Avoid splashing water! Step 3: Fill desired into the holder. Make sure there is a space of at least 5mm between the material and the glass of the heating element. Step 4: Now bend flexible arm with the heating element into the holder. Touch the grip carefully only above the groove. Press the grip onto the holder until they click together. Step 5: Connect the AroMed ooo Vaporizer with DC current (90 to 250 Volts, 50 to 60 Hertz) with the net supply cable. Vaporizing Step 1: Press the red button at the front panel. Choose wanted vaporizing temperature with the plus+ and minus- buttons. Step 2: While in the heating phase, a red dot is glowing constantly on the upper left side of the display. When the red dot is blinking, the system is heated to the chosen temperature. Now you can inhale soft and deeply. The red dot should blink all the time. If you inhale too hard, the red dot will glow permanently. Step 3: Watch the plant material: if it is getting dark brown, the chosen temperature is definitely too high, adjust by pressing the “-“ button. Step 4: To switch off the AroMed Vaporizer press the red button. The last chosen temperature will be stored. Pull the power supply cable, when not in use. Note: We advice to clean the silicone tube, waterfilter and mouthpieces in boiling water or desinfect with proper desinfection lotion after use.
