Easy Valve Volcano Vaporizer – Directions and Operation

1. Remove the filling chamber cap by turning it and pull it apart from the filling chamber.
2. Fill the filling chamber with finely grounded plant material. Put the cap back.
3. After filling the chamber with the plant material put it on the exhaust vent of the hot air generator and allow it to lock in place. Press the green button/switch labeled ‘Air’. Allow the substance to be pre-heated for a couple of seconds. This will heat the ingredients so that the vaporization process is smooth.
4. Remove the mouthpiece from the valve balloon.
5. Stretch the balloon tightly before you put the balloon on the filling chamber.
6. Cover the filling chamber with the valve balloon. Once it is properly locked in its place, the valve will open and the balloon will be filled with flavors and vapors.
7. Make sure that you do not overfill the balloon. Only fill so much that it lasts for about 10 minutes.
8. When the balloon is filled, switch off the air pump and remove the valve balloon together along with the filling chamber.
9. As you remove the balloon from the filling chamber, the valve will close automatically so that the vapors do not escape from the balloon.
10. Now carefully lock the mouthpiece into the balloon.
11. Put the mouthpiece to your mouth and gently start inhaling. Pressing the lips on the mouthpiece will open the valve and the vapors will come out for you to inhale. Removing the pressure from the mouthpiece will result in closing of the valve.
12. Pull the balloon tightly to empty it after inhaling all the vapors.

Cleaning And Maintenance
Clean the filling chamber with 90% alcohol solution. You can use the handle of the cleaning brush to push out the upper screen out. After this the cap cylinder should be pushed out of the cap housing. To disassemble the filling chamber, push out the lower screen from the chamber upwards out of the chamber housing. After pulling apart the various components, make sure that you properly clean them out. To assemble back the filling chamber, push the filling chamber from above into the chamber housing. Insert the 3 clips into the foot of the filling chamber housing and insert the filling chamber from above.

Cautions and Safety Tips

• Keep the unit out of the reach of children.
• The plate under the device should correspond to the supply mains at the place of installations.
• If there are certain problems during the whole process then immediately pull out the power connection cord and turn off the whole system.
• Avoid looping or folding the power cord and unwound it to its full length. Do not keep the unit or the power cord near liquids or sources of heat. Make sure that you do not damage the power cord.
• Avoid using multiple sockets or extension cables.
• The vaporizer should be set up on a steady and a dry surface and a place where the temperature does not drop below 5°C or 41°F. Never install the vaporizer in a damp room such as Bathroom, etc.
• Do not repair or carry the unit when it is plugged in.
• Pull the plug directly and not the power cable from the socket.
• Do not operate the device if the main cable is defective or damaged.
• Never leave the vaporizer unattended when it is being operated. Also switch the unit off when it is not in use. Turn off the sir pump.
• Make sure that the ventilation slots and the exhaust vents are fully exposed and not exposed or obstructed in any way.
• Touching the exhaust vent or the filling chamber when they are hot may cause burning.
• The filling chamber should be removed after filling the balloon. This is done so that the chamber does not overheat.
• Never put your body parts or other objects into the hot air jet.
• The vaporizer should only be cleaned with a dry cloth you can use a damp cloth for cleaning if need arises.
• Under no circumstances should you place the vaporizer in water or other liquids. Also avoid cleaning it with a direct water stream.

Following are the instructions that one should follow when using a Solid Valve Volcano Vaporizer -

• Remove the filling chamber and insert the filling with sufficient amount of herbs.
• Put in the filling chamber and lower the screen with the help of a pin. It will make the content of the filling chamber loosely fit between the screens. Make sure that the filling chamber touches the top edge of the filling chamber cylinder. Do not let the plant material bend or obstruct the screen.
• Now put the filling chamber on the exhaust vent of the Volcano Vaporizer. Push the green button with ‘Air’ written on it, to turn on the air pump. Before the vaporization procedure begins the grounded herbs have to be preheated for some seconds.
• Connect the balloon with the help of the valve that is attached to it to the filling chamber. Fix the valve on the filling chamber from above until both the gripping fixtures are engaged. The vapors of active ingredients will slowly fill the balloon.
• Fill the balloon with adequate amount. Do not let it overfill with vapors. The amount of vapors contained in the balloon should only be able to exhaust out within 10 minutes.
• Now detach the balloon from the filling chamber by pressing the grippers together. The valve closes automatically. This will prevent the vapors from escaping. Put the filling chamber on an insulated and heat-proof surface.
• After this connect the mouthpiece to the valve balloon and make sure that both the grippers are attached properly.
• Start inhaling by putting the mouthpiece to your lips, pressing your mouth against the mouthpiece. Pressuring the mouthpiece will make the valve open and let the vapors pass out from them. Removing the pressure from the grippers will make the valve close automatically, so that not even a small amount of vapors cannot be lost.
• After inhaling the content of the balloon, pull it tight to make it empty.

Solid Valve Vaporizer Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning and properly maintaining the parts of the vaporizer increases the efficiency of the vaporizer and is also very important for the purpose of hygiene. Clean the mouthpiece, filling chamber and valve with the help of spirit or ethyl alcohol with paper or cotton towels. Dish-washing liquid with warm water can also be used to cleanse the parts of the vaporizer. All three parts can be easily disassembled. Disassembling the parts will enable you to clean the parts thoroughly.
Sometimes a single vaporizer is used by more than one person, in these cases maintaining the hygiene is very important. Hence, clean the vaporizer regularly and replace the part which are no longer in working condition.
