Clean the filling chamber with 90% alcohol solution. You can use the handle of the cleaning brush to push out the upper screen out. After this the cap cylinder should be pushed out of the cap housing. To disassemble the filling chamber, push out the lower screen from the chamber upwards out of the chamber housing. After pulling apart the various components, make sure that you properly clean them out. To assemble back the filling chamber, push the filling chamber from above into the chamber housing. Using the Volatizer Vaporizer

The Volatizer Vaporizer has to be charged before it can be put to use. Plug the charger into a standard 120 AC outlet and insert the plug into the socket present at the back of the Volatizer Vaporizer. Another red indicator under the display screen will be lit to indicate that the charger is connected and the charging is in process. Start inhaling the vapor through the mouthpiece slowly and deeply for about 5-10 seconds. Hold the vapors inside your mouth and then slowly exhale them. The heat button should be kept pressed during inhalation in order to maintain the temperature that you set inside the vaporization chamber. You should also take note of one thing that when you draw cool air from the vaporization chamber, then the sensors installed inside the heating element will maintain the temperature that was set earlier. 1. Put the herbal material at the end closest to the dimple in the straight bowl. Now attach the end that is far from the dimple to the tubing. The dimple acts like a screen. 5. Turn the switch on. A light will illuminate.

After 5 minutes of pre-heating, turn the vaorizer to your preferred setting, usually the setting at 12 O’clock is recommended. 7. It is a usually advised that you should finely grind the herbs before loading them into the bowl. However, in case of a Vapolution Vaporizer, instead of grinding break up the plant pods in 1-3 small pieces. Roll the pods between your fingers and mold them into a pellet. Gently put the vapor pellet into the bowl. Do not make the pellet too big as then it will hamper the airflow and a good vapor would not be possible. If the pellet is too small then there is a very likely chance that it will fall out. Although loading is a procedure that requires practice but once learned, the vapor formed would be close to perfection.
8. After loading the bowl, place the loaded material on top of the pre-heated vaporizer. Now slowly and steadily start drawing the vapors in. Keep on drawing the vapor until you are out of breath. Hold the vapor in and then exhale. A visible vapor will rise. Repeat this process for 3-7 times. The vapor produced also depends on the quality of your herbs and the temperature that you have set.

The safe zone on the vaporizer is the temperature setting at which rarely will the herbs burn. This safe zone is from 10 O’clock to 12 O’clock. A user should not divulge much from the safe zone temperature setting until he or she has acquired enough experience to handle higher temperature settings. The herbs change the their colors during the process of vaporization. It turns from golden to dark brown gradually and later if kept on heat for too long to a black pellet. It will turn black only on settings above 2 O’clock. This temperature can also cause vapor choke. Hence avoid this setting.

Blow through the tube for cleaning the vaporized herb. Keep the bowl into a receptacle and blow so that the residue gets collected into the receptacle and the tube becomes empty. Wait for 30 minutes to 1 minute for the bowl to cool.

Maintenance

Maintaining the Vaporizer is very significant and the efficiency of any vaporizer depends upon maintenance. Clean the bowls by submerging them into rubbing alcohol for 8-12 hours and rinse with warm water. After allowing the vaporizer to cool for 30 minutes and then put a Q-tip in rubbing alcohol and clean out the heater receptacle. You can repeat the procedure if necessary. A dry Q-tip should be used to clean out the residue that remains attached to it. The tube becomes yellow after use and hence should either be replaced or cut short. 4. Pack down the finely grounded substance into the Wand and onto the screen through the narrow end of the Upper Wand piece either with the end of the tubing or some utensil that will easily fit into the open end of the Wand. Make sure that the substance loaded into the wand is no more than 1/3 volume of the wand, up from the screen. Extra packing of material will only lead to charring or burning.
5. Holding the Wand against the tip of the glass heating element and inhale through the tube. Do not apply excessive pressure onto the glassware lest it may break. Using broken glassware will only lead to damaging of unit and may cause injury to you. It is always advisable to start drawing through the tube quickly and gradually slow down. Remember the slower you inhale, the higher the temperature of the air that would warm the material in the Wand.
6. Do not draw too much vapor at the same time, inhale at regular intervals instead of continuous. If you draw in too much then it may lead to coughing. In order to check whether the device is working properly, then see if you are able to exhale a clean and pure white cloud. Do not forget to mix the herbs during each draw for better quality of vapors. It is sometimes recommended that you put a drop or two of water in dry herbs. The intensity of the vapor depends upon the moisture content in the herbs. Lack of smell usually depicts a high quality of vapors.

The simple method will result in getting you the required buzz that you seek. Keep the unit clean and dust free, when not in use. A unit that is switched on, should not be kept unattended for a long time. Maintenance of the vaporizer is very important, it can increase the efficiency of a vaporizer. Firstly, you should keep a check on the power cord and make sure that it is not damaged in anyway. Replacement of different components of a vaporizer depends on the frequency of usage. The screen can be replaced by a 5/8″ screen in the Wand.

To replace the screen the following steps should be followed:

• Pull apart the two parts of the Wand (Upper and Lower)
• From the upper part, push out the screen
• Place the new 5/8″ screen from the bottom end of the Upper piece of Wand.
• By rolling back the O-ring onto the upper part of Lower piece of Wand, connect the lower and upper Wand pieces.

Clean the tubing by running it under hot water and using a skewer to scrape out the inner wall. It is suggested that you replace the tubing every 2-3 months. The Wand should be thoroughly cleansed especially when it becomes brown due to usage. In this case, pull the Wand apart and scrape it clean by using a skewer or some other tool. You can also run the Wand under hot water, if the material is difficult to remove.

Following are the instructions that should be carried out when using a Vapir Vaporizer.

1. Grind your favorite herbs very finely and reduced the plant material almost to powder form.
2. Now preheat the unit to the recommended temperature that of 360°/192°F to 375°/207°C.
3. Set the required temperature by using the temperature regulator system which can be used to increase or decrease the temperature. Setting the temperature to an optimal figure requires a lot of time and is also specific to the herbs that are being vaporized. If you are not getting enough vapors then turning temperature up is advised otherwise lower down the temperature.
4. Next step is to unscrew the mouthpiece and adjust the temperature that you desire. Press the heat button to activate the heating mechanism. LED will start glowing showing that the heat is being utilized and warming up the unit. Temperature that is displayed first on the screen will be the set temperature and then the actual temperature.
5. After the unit has been preheated, put the herbs into the chamber. Make sure that you do not touch the unit under any circumstances as it is very hot. Never touch near or inside the unit, when it is hot.
6. Only fill half of the unit and never full. Overloading will result in obstructing of the vapor formation.
7. Turn the mouthpiece clockwise while attaching it to the unit.
8. Now simply start inhaling the vapors from the tube, slowly and deeply. Enjoy the flavors and essences through the vapors. Do not inhale directly through the mouthpiece as the unit is very hot and might injure your lips or other parts.
9. Make sure that you soak up the tube in warm water to boil the tube and hence clean it.
10. After using the unit, clean off the herbs by using to spoon that is included in the purchase package. Do not damage the internal mesh while cleaning the residue.

Charging the Battery

• To charge the battery connect the battery to the unit and uses following the instructions given above.
• The battery should be charged for at least 8-12 hours to charge it fully. For first use, charge the battery for full one night or no less than 12 hours. A fully charged battery will last for 1 full hour of continuous heating. It is not at all advisable to charge the battery for 24 hours.
• A 12V car adapter can also be used to charge the battery of the Vapir Vaporizer. For this, all you have to do is attach the car battery to the unit. However, do not use this device or any other aroma therapy device while driving or operating heavy machinery.

Instructions

1. The first step involves the plugging-in of the Herbal Aire. The unit comes with a 12 feet cord. Switch on the power that is present on the power cord.
2. Next load the bowl with finely grounded herbal substance. One end of the tubing fits into the back of the pump and the other has a connector that attaches to the back of the HerbalAire. Do not overload the bowl with the substance.
3. Set the temperature to an optimum degree and let the material warm up. Once the vapor start coming out of the mouthpiece, inhale them directly out of the tube or connect the bag and let vapors collect in the bag. The bag would be filled with flavored essences ready to give you the desired buzz.
4. After use, unplug the HerbalAire and let it cool for a suitable duration of time.

Cleaning the HerbalAire
Ensure that you take care of the HerbalAire and clean it regularly. Maintenance helps in increasing the efficiency of every vaporizer and HerbalAire is no different. Clean the crucible and the core with damp cotton or a paper towel. The inside of the core should also be properly cleaned.

Ethyl Alcohol can also be used to clean the unit. Make sure that no liquids get poured into the core, not even a trickle.Teflon pieces can be removed and should be rinsed under water. If build up occurs then scrubbing or dish soap may be used. Carefully handle the screen inside the mouthpiece and the crucibles. The body of the HerbalAire can be cleaned with a damp cloth, never immerse the HerbalAire in water or other liquids.

Clean the mouthpiece and screen either with water or ethyl alcohol. Store the components properly putting them back into the plastic storage. In case of damage to a component, get it replaced. Tubing and screens are available at any hardware store.
