Using a Vapman is very simple. Follow the instructions written below and enjoy!

1. In order to load the Vapman vaporizer remove the cap by turning in the anti-clockwise direction.
2. Fill the pan with finely chopped herbs up to the rim. Remember not to overload as it may hamper circulation of air. After loading, put on the funnel tube.
3. Now hold the Vapman by its wooden casing and tilt in a way that the flame from the lighter points exactly towards the apex of the copper pan. The time taken to heat the pan depends on the intensity and length of the flame that is being used. If the flame is long then keep the duration small and if it is short then keep it for a longer time. Heat the vaporizer twice between intervals for uniform heating. However, do this till the time, the copper pan is cold.
4. Start inhaling very gently and deeply after heating for sometime. Inhale for about 5 to 15 seconds and then hold the herbal vapors in your lungs for a while before exhaling.
5. Heat the vaporizer once during further inhalations. As the pan will already be warm from previous hating, make sure that you do not over heat it and end up having burnt out herbs. If the herbs turn dark or black in color then do not inhale as it will be harmful to your lungs.
6. When no vapors are produced then it means that the whole of the herbal substance has been used. The residue left will be brown in color.
7. Remove the Funnel tube and the cap and clean out the herbs with the help of a toothpick or needle. Do not let the substance clog the air nozzles.
8. It is advised that you rub the aluminum strainer well with the material or a paper towel. The aluminum stainer should always be clean. if you rub the strainer when it is warm then the residue will come off easily.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Make sure that the aluminum strainer, air holes on the cap, and the air nozzles should be clogged. Cleaning the residue off can be accomplished with the help of a needle or a toothpick. Clean the mouthpiece with alcohol or hot water. Regularly, take out the aluminum strainer and clean it with alcohol. The wooden cone will collect the residue that has been scraped off. Keep the wooden cap and mouthpiece into acetone for cleansing.

• A Vapman only works with a jet-flame lighter.

• Herbs will burn if exposed to heat for a long time
• The Vapman is fully functional even without the coating. When the copper bowl gets overheated (600°C or 1100°F) then the gold coating will scrape off.
