Retail Customers: We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a complete refund (less a 10% restocking fee and free shipping costs). Order cancellations are also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Sold Out Items: Some products on our website are labeled "Sold Out", which means we currently do not have them in stock. However, these items can still be purchased and will ship out once we receive more (please refer to the "ETA" date on the product page). Note: The ETA is subject to change.
Wholesale Customers: We offer store credit only for all unused and unopened products for up to one (1) year following receipt of your order.
Missing / Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
International Customers: Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on VaporNation.com are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.
Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).
BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to call us at 1‐888‐321‐VAPOR to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number.
NOTE: You must return all accessories and product component parts. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
NOTE: DO NOT return Arizer glass or accessories, or any USED glassware or whips.
