Becoming a VaporNation Affiliate

What is the VaporNation Affiliate Program?: With the VaporNation Affiliate Program, you earn commissions by referring customers to us. Just place a VaporNation banner or text link on your site. Every time a new customer makes a product purchase through one of our links, you earn a commission for that purchase.
How do I sign up?: First, read and accept the VaporNation Affiliate Agreement; then complete and submit our online application. Once we review your application, we'll contact you within three (3) business days to let you know if you have been accepted as a VaporNation Affiliate. We'll provide all the information you need to get started.
How long does the application process take?: We respond to all applications within three (3) business days.
Who can become an affiliate?: Anyone who has a targeted customer audience who do not wish to give up smoking but are concerned about its harmful side effects can participate in our Affiliate program. For additional information, please go to Affiliate Information.

All sites promoting sexually explicit material, violence, illegal activities, or discrimination based on sex, race, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age will be REJECTED. All sites are subject to VaporNation approval.
How much does it cost to become an Affiliate?: There is NO CHARGE to become an affiliate, and there is no required minimum number of referrals that you need to maintain.
Can a website outside of the United States become an Affiliate?: Yes. We ship worldwide.
I operate more than one website. Can I still become an Affiliate?: Yes, Affiliates can have multiple sites. You'll have one Affiliate account with us that includes all of your sites, but you can manage the links and track commissions separately, create unique links for each site, generate site-specific reports, and track the progress of each of site separately.
How will you know that the leads came from my site?: Each banner and text link that you place on your site contains a unique identifier. When a user clicks one of our links and visits VaporNation, we know the user came from your website. We'll credit your account for each visitor's purchase of any VaporNation product. Accurate tracking of leads is only possible, however, when you use the authorized banners and text links available from us.
What are my responsibilities as an Affiliate?: You are responsible for selecting a banner or text link and posting it to your site. We take care of everything else. The only other expectation is that you promote and market VaporNation to your customers in accordance with our terms and conditions.
What are VaporNation's responsibilities to me as a partner?: VaporNation provides the tools you need to successfully refer customers to us. In addition, we provide the products and customer service offered to your referrals.
How do I update my Affiliate account information?: Upon acceptance to the VaporNation Affiliate program, you'll have access to your Account Manager where you can review or update your account at any time.
How do VaporNation commissions work and what are the commission rates?: Every time a new customer purchases a VaporNation product through the authorized link on your website, you receive 10 percent of the sale price of that product.
What is a purchase and how do you track and payout on them?: VaporNation defines a purchase to occur after payment and shipment of the product is completed.
Is there a commission waiting period?: Yes. There is a 30-day waiting period following the purchase.
How often do I get paid?: We send you a check each month you accumulate at least $11 in commissions. The VaporNation Affiliate Program reserves the right to wait until you've accumulated at least $11 USD before sending payment.
Does VaporNation sell products outside of the United States?: Yes.
Who handles customer service and support for customers I refer?: VaporNation takes care of all of all customer support needs for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links on your site! We have an excellent staff of experienced customer support personnel, and support is always free.
Where do I get VaporNation links/banners?: Go to your Account Manager and select the banners or text links that are most suitable for your site and customers. Then follow the step-by-step instructions to place them on your site. It's that easy!
Can I create my own links/banners to promote VaporNation?: VaporNation does not authorize the creation or use of your own links and images to promote VaporNation products. If you have special needs, please contact us by e-mail at affiliates@vapornation.com.
Where should I place VaporNation links on my site?: We recommend placing links where they're easy for your customers to find, such as your home page (banners) or in horizontal or vertical navigation bars (text links). Value-added product selling pages, partner pages, and any other high-traffic areas are also good options. When these links are placed in an easily accessible location on your site or on pages where you know you have qualified customer traffic (i.e., customers who wish to give up smoking but are concerned about its harmful side effects), your visitors are more likely to make a purchase and create commissions for you!
Can I use VaporNation content on my website?: You may use the banners and text links available in your Account Manager. You may not use other non-authorized content. We cannot track your earnings or pay you the commission you deserve if you use non-authorized content.
Can I bid on VaporNation keywords for search advertising purposes?: No. Affiliates of the VaporNation Affiliate Program must agree that they will not use VaporNation or any variation or misspellings as keywords or keyword phrases in any search engine marketing (SEM) or any search engine that is currently available. Language such as "official site" or "official store" in keyword descriptions is also prohibited.
How do I know how much commission I've earned?: You can access reports from your Account Manager to view your sales at any time.
