  Calea Zacatechichi is a plant used by the Chontals of Oaxaca for oneiromancy, which is a form of divination based upon dreams; it is a system of dream interpretation that uses dreams to predict the future. In addition, the aromatherapy blend is used to help gastrointestinal disorders, fever reduction, and helps against cathartic dysentery.

  Preparation:

  Crushed, dry leaves are steeped in water, which makes a tea.
