Retail Customers: We accept returns of all unused and unopened products for 30 days following receipt of your order. Simply send it back to us for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee and free shipping costs).
Wholesale Customers: We offer store credit only for all unused and unopened products for up to one (1) year following receipt of your order.
Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturers warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturers warranty return policy. Please note some manufacturers require that the customer seek replacement with the manufacturer directly.
Missing / Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to email us at customerservice@vapornation.com or call us toll-free at 1-888-321-VAPOR to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must display this number on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Invoice or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number. For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We are not responsible for loss or damage of returned items.
Please include ALL parts and accessories with your return unless instructed otherwise.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or credit once we have received and processed the returned item. Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for the processing of your refund or credit.
NOTE: Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
