To use Vapor box for a completely exciting vaporization experience, one has to be aware of the best way to use it. Following are the necessary instructions that a user should follow in order to get the perfect puff.

Step 1: Firstly, turn the heat knob to 12 O’ Clock and let the vapor box heat up for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Crush the material very finely and put it into the glass bowl. Suck into the glass hand-piece by inhaling on the mouthpiece. Do not overload, only put about 1/3 or less of the volume of bowl. It should just touch the screen.

Step 3: Next, touch the Pyrex tip to the glass slipper that covers the iron, holding it there, take steady puffs and simultaneously release the Pyrex tip from the point. This will clear the tube. Make sure that you do not draw too slowly because if the iron is too hot, it will make substance catch fire. If such a situation arises then quickly turn down the temperature and repack with fresh material. You can change various settings to find a suitable temperature and ideal speed for drawing puffs.

Step 4: Always check the material, after you have taken in a draw. If it is darkened or blackened, then turn down the temperature by turning the knob or start inhaling faster. If a puff isn’t coming then increase the temperature or start inhaling slowly. The puff might not produce the same strong sensation and may even be very light. This is because the essence might have slipped into a thin and cool oil mist, which is only visible under a light source. However, certain people prefer a very strong, full-bodied, smoky puff. If you continue smoking, then you will notice that the essence has deprecated into a thin mist. From here there is no point of extracting the smoke through worn out material but better to prepare for the next exciting vaporizing experience.

Step 5: Dispose of the material that is present in the hand-piece into a bottle or a plastic container. If some residue still remains in the tip, expel it using the stir tool. Stirring between puffs, distributing heat evenly and equally, rotating the bowl or the chamber, adopting different speeds and rates of inhaling and experimenting, can actually accentuate your vaporizing experience. So try different things while vaporizing but not too radical. Moisture content in the substance, size of the material and length of the glass bowl and tube are some of the other factors that influence vaporization.

Maintenance

It is very important to clean the various components of a Vapor Box, vaporizer. This practice helps in the maintenance of the vaporizer. The three basic parts that should be focused upon are glass, tube and screen. All these parts should be pulled apart from each other and cleaned. In the Deluxe Model, the screen can be unscrewed from the metal top piece. For those having the old Model Hand-piece gently push up the screen of the top end using an unfolded paper clip from the bottom end.

If your screen has completely worn out or the tube has depleted then they can be purchased from a hardware store. For the screen, make sure you buy a thin gauge screen and for the tube the inner diameter should be 7/16” and the outer should be 5/16”. Other sizes that perfectly make an airtight seal with the glass will do just fine. If the tube does not fit into the glass then run it under hot water for 30 seconds to make it flexible, which occurs due to softening of the vinyl.
