This is ideal for casual users looking for a new way to enjoy dry herb, or seasoned veterans wishing to enjoy the benefits of edibles.
Explore New Culinary Creations
While edibles for most users will be synonymous with brownies from the messenger bag of some hippie at a music festival, the realm of new possibilities offers experiences for every user. No longer are you limited to simple confectionaries or monotonous meals, make everything a little bit magic with the Magical Butter Botanical Extractor. With the recent explosion of the recreational market, edibles now run the gamut from baked goods, to gummies, to sodas and elixirs all the way to craft bitters and culinary oils. While these options are great and prepared with care and rigor, they can be cost prohibitive to most users. With the Magical Butter it is incredibly easy to create all your favorite dispensary goodies in the comfort of your own home for a fraction of the price. This makes exploratory edibles more feasible for daily users.
While butter is in its name, the Magical Butter is capable of so much more. With presets for oils and tinctures, and a freeform setting to get experimental, your creations can come to life. Oils make a great way to incorporate your medicinal herbs into your cooking or even into lotions and massage oils. Tinctures can be a great relief for pain or other ailments, they can also be absorbed quicker than other edibles and are easily transported for daily use. The Freeform setting is perfect for getting the most out of your herb or simply experimenting with topical and other medicated products.
Consuming dry herb can become an expensive expenditure, which is unfortunate given how beneficial it can be with regular use. The most expensive part of consumption is always the herb itself, as most of the forms of ingestion are relatively cheap, ie. papers, pipes, or water pipes and bongs. Consumers who do not wish to smoke or vape face even steeper costs as most commercially available recreational and medical edibles are more expensive per dose. This cost may lead some users to believe that consumption of edibles is more expensive than other means, however this couldn’t be further from the truth. The average user will consume one third to half a gram of dry herbal material a day through smoking or vaping. This works out to around an eighth ounce of dry herb per week. While this amount will vary depending on the user, the majority of the herb is wasted in this usage type. Through incineration, oils and effects are burned and herbs are consumed much more quickly. Think of a joint or a bowl, after you are done hitting it, it still continues to burn for a period of time, this is herb that you are paying for, but not consuming.
Conversely, if you were to take that same amount of herb and create a butter with the Magical Butter Botanical Extractor, you could effectively double your usage. The use of butter and edibles allows the user to control dosage with much more precision. You could use the butter created with this one eighth ounce to create a number of cookies which could dose the average user for the next 10-14 days. Or you could portion the butter into small slices, to last the next two weeks and add the butter to whatever you’d like.
This efficiency is more than speculative, it’s scientific. THC molecules more readily bond to fatty lipids like those found in butter and other fatty sources. The body also more readily accepts this pre-bonded mixture into the blood stream. This creates a more efficient delivery system, while also not wasting any of your dry herb to combustion. When consumed in edibles, users often report greater effects, likely due to the efficiency of delivery. This allows the user to effectively dose more per each active milligram of medicinal material.
Prevent “Bad Trips”
Everyone at some point encounters a “bad trip” with an overpowered edible. These anecdotes and experiences are so common that many are deterred from trying edibles again. These poor experiences can even prevent new users from trying edibles. Though in reality, dosing of edibles can be much more consistent and enjoyable than other more instantaneous forms of ingestion such as smoking or vaping.
Bad experiences when ingesting cannabis or other derivative blends can be chalked up to incorrect dosing. When ingesting smoke or vapor, you can tell relatively quickly, generally in under 15 minutes. However, when consuming edibles, the effects may not become apparent at their peak for a full 2-3 hours. This makes it very hard for beginners to know their limits, which can result in overdosing. Though overdosing on edibles is not fatal or even hazardous to your health, it can be uncomfortable to the psyche, creating feelings of anxiety and paranoia.
Another culprit of unenjoyable edible experiences is the inconsistency of which most homemade cannabis consumables are prepared. When using standard kitchen tools that are not purpose designed for edible preparation, the results are anything but consistent. When starting with an impure and inconsistent butter or edible derivative, it is impossible to create edible products that maintain potency and efficiency even in the same batch. This creates inefficient results and will not allow the user to properly tailor their experience to what works for them.

The Magical Butter MB2 makes it so easy to make canna butter. I also use mine to make infused coconut oil and it works excellent. I just add the material, and butter or coconut oil, turn it on, and then in a few hours it's ready to use. Solid product if you're looking to make infused butter or oils.Comment

Better than expected. I've only made butter and coconut oil thus far but both were a breeze and almost as strong as my old double boiler/6 hour slow cook method.Comment
The ease of use already has me making more edibles thusly saving money. Nice product!
